We are sensitive to your privacy and always ensure that services are carried out discretely. Given the climate, many have to occur daily (such as garden and pool maintenance). However, if you prefer to have fewer changes of towels and bed linen, or would like to alter the times some services are provided, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Maid service is provided on a daily basis for light cleaning (which includes the making of beds, washing-up, emptying of bins and tidying). A thorough clean is undertaken every two days

Gardens & Pool
The gardens and pool area are maintained daily.
A well-provisioned Welcome Hamper is provided with our compliments upon your arrival. This is thoughtfully stocked to allow you to settle in comfortably without having to rush to the shops as soon as you arrive.
To ensure a restful start to your holiday Guests at Villa Ying and Yang are invited to brunch at Hotel Villa Mahal on Sunday morning after your arrival.
Water & Bread Delivery Service
We appreciate that it can be inconvenient to continually collect and carry large, heavy water bottles from the market. Therefore our service includes the provision of 19 lt fresh water with our compliments. A water cooler is provided in the villa, and the large bottles of fresh water are replaced throughout your stay. We also arrange for delicious local bread to be delivered fresh to you each morning – again, with our compliments.
Home Delivery Shopping Service
In order to ensure that guests’ time is spent in relaxation as much as possible, we have arranged the excellent supermarket we use for our Welcome Hampers to provide this special service. Details are provided in the villa and Guests can simply contact the supermarket directly and your order will be delivered promptly by the supermarket, with payment made on receipt. Costs are identical to those charged in-store.
